he elbow below the DN800mm is formed by winding integral, and the large FRP elbow is formed by hand paste. There are three structural forms of the FYGRP FRP elbow, namely, the integral molding on the mold, the semi-mold split molding, and the shrimp section bending after the prefabricated pipe.
1. die is formed as a whole, FYGRP the metal or FRP die below the existing DN800 is used, and the FRP raw material is formed by winding process.
2. half die is split, FYGRP the premise of no related elbow die, the half bend die is made, two half glass fiber reinforced plastic bends are made, and the two are spliced into a finished elbow.
3. the prefabricated pipe, the shrimp section is formed, the corresponding FRP pipe is made first, then the pipe is cut into several sections and then spliced into elbows. Most of the molding methods are used in the condition of certain stiffness requirements for FRP elbows, or when the cost of making dies is relatively high without ready-made molds.
