Introduction: fb screw feeder is a kind of measuring equipment for feeding control, dynamic measuring and continuous conveying bulk material and powder. It can be widely used in building materials, chemical, coal, ports, ceramics, food, and other industries. The screw feeder has two types:single tube single layer and double tube, double layer. If it is the former, it can realize measurement and conveying at the same time. If it is the latter, the above undertakes steady flow and conveying, and the bottom undertakes measurement and conveying that can have better steady flow effect and save spaces. Besides, the lenghth of the conveyor can be designed according to actual conditions. Working principle: when material is conveyed through screw from inlet to outlet, the material weight can be detected by the lode cell on the electrical weighing device under the conveyor and a signal in proportion to the material weight will be generated and transmitted to the controller. Meanwhile, the speed can be detected by the speed sensor installed on the tail pulley and a signal is also generated and transmitted to the controller. By multiplying the weight signal and the speed signal, the instantaneous flow value and total accumulation can be calculated. The control system compares the actual flow signal with the set flow signal and then regulates the output signal through pid to adjust the feeding speed dynamically and thus to realize the continuous feeding. It is complete measuring equipment for continuous feeding and measuring powdery material. It is mainly used in coal feeding for kiln head and kiln tail of cement plant and measurement for mixture of fly ash in cement grinding plant, of course, the different technology stage have different measurement system. for fly ash, measurement by combining the unidirectional screw gate valve + steady flow feeder + coriolis powdery flowmeter for pulverized coal, measurement by combining the unidirectional screw gate valve + steady flow feeder + coriolis powdery flowmeter + electric and pneumatic control valve structure: 1.all bearings inside the feeder are imported and the motor and reducer are the products of sew company; 2.steady flow feeder is mainly used for steady the material flow with structure of three-layer and mixing device to prevent material arching and flushing in the silo and material rocketing out caused by air pressure, the steady flow feeder can make the feeding well-distributed, steady and reliable; 3.the system is inspected by coriolis principle. The instantaneous mass flow of the material is measured.
