control box of informatization weigh feeder collects belt speed signal and weighing signal by speed measurement device and load cell and calculates the instantaneous flow rate and adjust the motor rotary speed by frequency converter through 485 bus and modbus communication protocol.the field control box collects the belt deviation signal by limit switch and sends the operation condition of the weigh feeder to user�s mobile phone or computer through gprs message module.u ser can operate and commissioning the weigh feeder through touch screen or wireless hand-held instrument and meanwhile the automation control of the system can be realized through upper computer.
