We developed clamp rubber joint to meet clients demand in 2002 and replaced and bolt with yokes. The two nozzles of clamp rubber joint can be easily installed around relevant pipes and the rubber joint and pipe can be fixed by yokes, and loose the yoke for maintenance so as to compensate the displacement resulted from pipes hot expansion and cold constriction. Compared with other rubber joints, the product has characteristics as follows: 1. Clamp rubber expansion joint saves flange and bolt and reduces project expenses. 2. Clamp rubber expansion joint nozzle needs no flanging, which simplifies production procedures for rubber joint and saves raw materials. 3. Clamp rubber expansion joint simplifies installation and maintenance and improves work efficiency. 4. Clamp rubber expansion joint is made of stainless steel and characterized with erosion resistance. diameter: d50-400, installation length shall be designed according to gjq(x)-df-i or consumers demand. pressure grade: 0.25mpa-1.0mpa
