Introduction of XLY Rotary Kiln: Rotary Kiln is used for heat processing of minerals and aggregates such as lime, cement, and iron ore.It can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials. It is widely applied in metallurgy, chemistry, and construction industry, etc. Working Principle of XLY Rotary Kiln:Rotary Kiln is a cylindrical vessel, inclined slightly to the horizontal, which is rotated slowly about its axis. The materials are fed into the upper end of the cylinder. As the kiln rotates, materials gradually move down towards the lower end, and may undergo a certain amount of stirring and mixing. Hot gas passes along the kiln, sometimes in the same direction as the materials, but usually in the opposite direction to the materials. The hot gas may be generated in an external furnace, or may be generated by a flame inside the kiln. The flame is generated from a burner-pipe which acts like a large bunsen burner. The fuel for it may be gas, oil or pulverized coal.
