Jc-2050 is a water-based solution, when immersing or spraying, the transparent organic protective film can enhance the corrosion resistance. For zinc deposit, it can increase the salt spray test by at least 50 hours. Make up of working solutionthe solid content of jc-2050 is 50% , a working solution is usually diluted by adding 4-8 units (weight ratio) deionized water (the solid content will be 5%--10%). If the solution is cloudy, please fill in ammonia water to adjust the ph value in the range of 7.5-9.5 and make the solution clear. Working conditionimmersing time 1030 secs.
