material characteristics:
duplex stainless steel is a type of steel with the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength, easy to process and so on. The physical property of duplex steel is between the austenitic stainless steel and ferritic stainless steel; therefore, it combination the excellent toughness and weldability of the former and the higher strength and resistance to chloride stress corrosion of the latter. The ability to resist the chloride pitting and crevice corrosion is related to the contents of chromium (cr), molybdenum (mo) and nitrogen (n) of it. Duplex stainless steel performs much better than the ordinary austenitic stainless steel (such as 18-8 304 and 18-12-2 316 ) in resisting pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion and corrosion fatigue especially under the harsh medium environment (such as sea water). The yield strength of duplex stainless steel can reach 400-550mpa which is the double of ordinary stainless steel. Duplex stainless steel has good weldability and low hot cracking tendency. Usually, no preheating needed before soldering, and no heat treatment after soldering. It also can be wielded with other kind of stainless steel. Compare to the austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel has large thermal conductivity and small coefficient of linear expansion.

Monel 400:
It is a kind of nickel-copper alloy, and it is consumed largely in many different fields since its great comprehensive property. It has very high strength, and it resists corrosion in many mediums such as sea water, hydrofluoric acid, Sulfuric acid and alkali. In hydrofluoric acid, fluorine and hot thickalkali liquor, Monel 400 works well. One important property of this alloy is that it does not generate cracks cause by stress corrosion.

Nickel 200:
Commercial pure nickel, it has the outstanding mechanical property and corrosion resistance. It also has the high heat conductivity and electroconductibility and low gas content and vapor pressure. It excellently resist to corrosion of hot concentrated alkaline solution, and it also resists to the corrosion of alkaline solution and neutral solution medium of carbonate, oxide, nitrate, acetate, etc. It resists to corrosion of aliphatic acid. The resistance to oxidation of Nickel is very good; in the air, the surface of Nickel will generate a layer of NiO film, and it will stop the further oxidation of it. Nickel strongly resists to the caustic alkali; in the 50% boiling caustic soda solution, the corrosion rate of the Nickel wont exceed 25 micron. Its strength and plasticity are pretty good, it is able to bear the press working. It mainly apply to the alkali making industry, chlor-alkali chemical industry, production of organic chloride, food processing industry, high temperature halogen and salt corrosion environment, water treatment etc.

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Incoloy 800H:
It is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. It has the same basic contents as Incoloy 800, but its Creep strength is Significantly improved since the contents of carbon (C), aluminum (Al) and titanium (Ti) are strictly controlled and proper heat treatment. Because of the control of contents of Ti+Al (Max 0.7%), Incoloy 800H has the Creep rupture resistance when the working temperature is higher than 600, and continuous working under 700, the plasticity wont be declined. It good to resist to the corrosion in the atmosphere of reduction, oxidation and nitridation, or even the alternation of reduction and oxidation.

Inconel 600:
It is a kind of nickel-chromium alloy. It resists to the high temperature oxidation. Also, it resists to the corrosion of Reducing medium, oxidation medium and Nitrogen medium. And, it performs well in the environment of Dry chlorination and hydrogen chloride gas. Contain of chromium makes the corrosion resistance of Inconel 600 better than pure nickel in the Oxidized environment; while, high content of nickel allow it keep the pretty effective corrosion resistance in the Reducing environment and alkali solution.

Inconel 625:
It is nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. Added niobium element with the molybdenum element harden the alloy; thus, no heat treatment needed, it shows the high strength property. After Stable heat treatment, it can work in the environment of 650-900. it is excellently resist to the pitting, Clearance corrosion and intercrystalline corrosion. It almost does not affected by the stress corrosion caused by chloride ion. Good ability of corrosion resist to Inorganic acid such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrochloric acid. It also resist to Organic acids and alkali, and its mechanical property performs good as well.

Monel K-500:
nickel-copper alloy able to be precipitation hardening. It has similar corrosion resistance with Monel 400, but has stronger strength and hardness. It has low magnetic permeability, and when the working temperature lower than -101, it is nonmagnetic. Under the aging state, the mechanical property of Monel K-500 is 2-3 times stronger than Monel 400, even when the temperature reach 600, it still has the high tensile strength, fatigue corrosion resistance and relatively lower magnetic permeability.

It is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum (Mo) and copper (Cu) added, and it is a kind of General engineering alloy. InconelX-750:
It is similar to the Inconel 600. Since aluminum and titanium elements are added in this alloy, it could be precipitation hardening. It has the outstanding corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance when it in the temperature of under 980, and it still has the higher strength in the temperature of under 800; also, under 540, it has good relaxation resistance. Its form-ability and weld-ability are excellent, and its mechanical property shows excellently in the low temperature environment.
