We are offering stationary stone production line.(1) composition: stone production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, concentrated electronic equipment, etc. According to different technical requirements, various types of equipment can be assembled to meet customer's different process requirements.it is widely used for variety of aggregate such as hard limestone, granite, basalt, pebble, metallurgical slag and artificial sand making production, in hydroelectric project, building material, highway, urban construction , etc. (2) basic flow: large stone evenly enter into jaw crusher for coarse crush from feeding opening via vibrating screen, the crushed stone then enter into impact crusher for the further crush via belt conveyor; the fine crushed stone be conveyed into vibrating screen via belt conveyor for screening the different stone of different size, then the qualified stone be conveyed to the product piles via belt conveyor; on the contrary, the disqualified stone be resent to impact crusher for the second crush. The product size can be graded as per customers need. The steel accessaries can be quoted and supplied if needed. 4) installation and maintenance manuals in english for all machines enclosed in a strong polybag shipped along with machines5) we will send workers to install and adjust the machines, and our workers are also responsible for the training of the buyer's workers, however, do not worry about the passport of the workers. Customer be responsible for each of our technicians accommodation, meals, round-trip tickets, self-security and 40 usd per day abroad. 6) our machines are accepted by iso9001:2008. If third-party testing is needed, the fee should be covered by customer.
