The products are neat, stiff and smooth with high efficiency. 1. This machine is suitable for the production of heat-sealing & heat-cutting vest bags with pe materials. 2. The pneumatic feeding device is used for after-feeding materials; the feeding control adopts the friction wheel tension of variable frequency motor to control drive; the feeding speed is automatically set according to the motor speed requirements. The maximum diameter of the film roll is 800mm. 3. High speed plc centrally controls servo feeding system and the whole machine. 4.the newly designed cutter structure: when the sealing knife needs to be cleaned up, you just need to turn it 180 degrees and fix it to clean. In this way, it is safe, reliable and easy to maintain. 5. Exterior independent double-line automatic sealing knife conducts material plugging tests and feeding break detections. 6. Gas-liquid pressurized cylinder punching and shearing machine ensures the low noise and small gas consumption. 7. E.p.c automatic feeding correction device is optional.
