Construction and Principle : The compressed-air pipes with the nozzles to the slotted plate is installed in front of the filter bags.The vessel is symmetrically arranged along the horizontal direction of the filter bags in the filter chamber. Along the row direction of the filter bags is uniformly mounted a row of solenoid valves in the vessel. The filter cleaning cycles will start and be controlled by a pulse instrument control installed in the control cabinet.

Construction and Principle :
FSC filter comprises the hood for dust-laden gas, the filter casing, the dust collection hopper with support structure and discharge unit.
The filter casing comprises two separated chambers individually containing dust-laten gas and clean-gas with filter-cleaning device. The filter bags are arranged horizontally in the dirty gas chamber via the slots with open side to clean air . The connection with the slotted wall by a clamping frame with leg springs is air-tight. The slotted wall separates dirty gas and clean gas.
The dirty gas is extracted into top hook of filter casing, then flows down through the filter bags into the clean-gas chamber. The filter cleaning device cycle starts when the specified differential pressure is reached in the filter casing or the pre-set time has expired. The adhering dust to the bags is removed by reverse cleaning air then falls down to the collecting hopper and will be transported to the waste container or big bags via discharging screw conveyor or other removal device.
The filter adopts off-line cleaning method, nozzles along the vertical arrangement covers three adjacent rows of slots and the filter bags behind them . During every dust removal cycle , the filter chamber will be isolated among the main air flow by setting the air inlet or outlet valve, .This process will last about 23min.Although this way will reduce the effective filtration area, but has the following advantages :
