PVC Non-Lamination Material (Dragon Sheet)

Our PVC Non-Lamination Material (Dragon Sheet) is mostly used for printing or making instant cards. This material is quite popular and widely used in small card-making stores or units. This material is easy to use and comprises of a white core of 0.46mm thickness and two transparent printing sheets of 0.15mm thickness each. We can offer this product in normal or standard packaging or in brand packaging.

Application : This material is mostly used for making instant cards, just print and envelop then punch, especially for small card-making store and name-card making store.

Manufacture Method :

Printing side is - The side without white protection film
Setting for prints - Select 200x300mm as printing size.
Click Mirror (Reverse) printing option.
Choose Photo Quality Inkjet Paper.
Set best printing quality in driver options.
After printing - When the print is FULLY DRIED, remove off the transparent protecting film from both sides of core sheet. Attention - DO NOT peel off the protecting film from printable material till complete procedures.
Align the materials according to the following combination (printing side face to material B) - A-B-A .to laminate by pouch laminator (degree - 120-160?)
Then cut it into every card by card cutter.
