Compact structure, perfect performance. The special screw and barrel, designed optimizationally, made of 38CrMoAiA, give the complete line many advantages of average plasticizing, steady extruding output, high yield, long live, etc. The barrel of extruder adopts cast Aluminum heater, cooling fan, and temperature electric-controlling meter. The good finished boards are molded by precision calendar unit with nice adjusting function. The fixed-length cutting unit makes sure accuracy of length of finished board.
