Production description: 1)Material: The baskets are made from INOX AISI 304 stainless steel, which is finished by electrolytic polishing. The composition of the material is verified by an external centre of expertise. 2) Production Feature: l Ultra fine punch pattern panel (4*4mm) guarantee a permeability of more than 40% that results in an extremely good washing and sterilization process and prevent penetration. l The fine punched side panel prevents injuries caused by sharp and/or fine instruments and prevents instruments from damage. l The top rim is comprised of a plasma-welded top wire. This finish guarantees simpler cleaning, thus improving the hygiene. l The design of the basket precludes hollows or cavities in which dirt could accumulate.
