Our product range contains a wide range of Non-frost refrigerator aluminum fin evaporator coil
suitable for no frost refrigerator .
1.fin materials:al 1060, pure aluminum 99.6% .
2.al pipeal 1060 external diameter /da'mt/ 8*0.65 -0.8 wall thickness
3.copper connecting tube material tp2y2, external diameter 6/8*0.75 wall thickness
4.left and right plate: al 1060, thickness 1mm.fin thickness 0.15- 0.18mm
5.tube and welding spot can bear 2.41mpa air pressure no leakage.
6.evaporator can bear 5.5mpa water pressure wont damage.
7.no welding spot near the tube of bend part, the distance between welding spot and bend tube at least 20mm. 8.evaporator will be filled 0.1-0.2mpa nitrogen as protection, and use rubber sleeve or seal plug to seal it
