Its inert to iron family element, hence pcbn is mainly used for the machining of high hardness and hard processed ferrous materials, such as harden steel, pearlitic gray cast iron, high temperature alloy, high-speed steel, hard facing alloys, ni-cr alloy, powder metallurgy metals. Size available:0903, 1303, 1304, 1904, 1907, 2004, 2008, 2504grain size available: 2 micron-25micron types available: bn85, bn90, cb90, cb85, cb70, cb60, cb50 in general, high content pcbn is used in cast iron applications while low content pcbn is used in hardened steel applications.
