We are offering single shaft high speed disperser. we are offering single shaft high speed disperser for paint, ink, pigment. qafs single shaft high speed disperser are applied to dissolution, mixing and dispersion of materials used in the industries such as paint, ink, dyes, pigment, medical, papermaking , etc. The equipment can process different kinds of viscosity and capacity of coatings. It is characterized by: absorbing very little air during mixing and dispersing, perfect solid-liquid mixing and dispersion effect, fast dissolution and fine particles during high and medium speed dispersion process. Rotational speed can be regulated as electromagnetic speed, frequency speed, two or three speed. option a. Cover: simple half-split type, fixed type, lifting type (lid with gas strut is available). The cover is mirror polished, easy to clean and nice appearance. b. Agitator: one layer dispersing disc, double suction disc c. Materials: ss304, ss316l d. Version: explosion proof or non explosion proof e. Verticle stroke of mixing shaft tailored to customers' needs. f. Clamping: belt clamping, manual clamping, pneumatic clamping

We are offering qagsj wall scraper two-shaft agitator / disperser. qagsj wall scraper two-shaft agitator disperser is applicable to stirring, mixing and dispersing the high viscosity materials such as coating, printing ink, adhesive agent and resin, etc. The dispersing shaft drive the disc to achieve the effect of perfect mixing and dispersing. Its dispersing disc executes the planetary movement around its main shaft to reduce the time of stirring. Its low speed mixing box is driven by the gearbox and equipped with scrapers to scrape the material from the inner wall of tank and avoid the dead angle. Meanwhile, this equipment can be vacuum zed to remove the occurred foam when mixing the material.
