We are offering copper fiber (brass chopped standard). copper fiber--- purity: 99.9% fiber length: 1-3mm, 3-5 mm & dia 0.15-0.2 mm brass fiber also named brass chips standard. Cu56 -65% fiber length and diameter could be process according to customer's need. description as follow: lower melting point and hardness, better heat conductivity . Application in friction industry to stabilize friction factor and reduce wear. During braking process, heat-sinking capacity is greatly improved since metal softening process absorbs most heat from braking, and the softened metal could infiltrate brake surface squamosely to replace part of burnt binder, this improved braking capacity and prevent metal hot spot.
