High Alumina Brick

We are offering high alumina brick. High alumina refractory brick, the temperature of refractoriness under load is normally above 14201550 that is higher than the fireclay brick and it increases along with the al2o3 content enhances. High alumina refractory brick the thermal shock resistance is mainly decided by chemical contents and its mineral microstructure but its thermal shock resistant is worse than the fireclay brick. High alumina refractory brick have very good ability of anti-acidity, anti-metal fluid corrode and anti-oxidation. High alumina refractory brick are used normally in industry furnaces such as blast furnace, hot-blast furnace and eaf etc.

Fireclay Brick

We are offering fireclay brick. 1. Fireclay refractory bricks characters: the main chemical components: al2o3 content is 30%-48%, sio2 content is 50%-65%, and a small number of alkali metals, alkaline earth metal oxides, etc. Mineral composition is usually mullite, quartz and glass phase. Its refractoriness is 1580-1750, refractoriness under load is 1250-1450 , line expansion coefficients is low, with good thermal shock resistance and strong ability to resist erosion acid slag. 2. Applications: widely used for lining of acid kiln, also used for blast furnace, hot blast furnace, glass kiln and high temperature kiln such as carbon baking kiln.
