The hydraulic press is an equipment for cold and hot shape processing such as thick plate bending .side bending , rib pressing and ship plates flattering , mainly used for the cold and hot shape processing such as skin shaping alld pressing cavity bulkhead and ship pots etc , and is also the key equipment for thick plate shape processing in the petro-chemical and boiler industries . The principle machine of the product adopts integral single column and combined singlecolumn and combined frame crane with high rigidity body and both of structure of normal press head pressing and turnover pressing of movable press-head and table for meeting demands of various size shape processing accuracy of thick plate . The hydraulic control system is composed of plug-in integrated valve .the speed and the pressure of press head can be adjusted ar-bitrarily with in the prescribed limit of parameter so the pressing process is controllable .the electric control system is controlled by the computer and plc and equipped the whole stroke position collection and checking devices that can realize the digital control of digital heavy load mechanic driving and pressing .parameters so as to keep the forming precision. the hydraulic press is equipped with lifting device and roll-conveying device to keep high efficient shape processing and with hydraulic lock device to prevent the press head form slipping and remote control device.
