Note: if use condensator, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If use ku series water ring vacuum pump or kuseries hydraulic inject vacuum pump sets, condenser can not be used and the investment could be saved. main features:under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation's efficiency higher. Therefore, it can save the conducting area of evaporator under the same quantity of heat transfer. The heat source for evaporating may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam. The heat of evaporation loss is less. Before drying, the drier can be disinfected. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixing. It is in conformity with the requirement of "gmp". It belongs to static drier. So the shape of raw material to be dried can not be destroyed. Adopting the condenser machine, evaporating solvent in the target material can be reclaimed by the condenser. If adopting ku-70 liquid loop pump vacuum machine series instead of the condenser, it can save energy and investment.
