Product Description:
Spiral dryer mesh can be divided into spiral mesh and spiral filter press. The spiral dry screen is mainly used for paper drying, textile printing and dyeing, and is suitable for vehicle speed below m600/s. It is widely used in the industry of paper, coal, food, medicine, printing and dyeing and rubber products. It can also be used as a conveyor belt and a composite belt, and a horizontal belt vacuum washing machine bottom belt (replacing rubber belt).
The product has the characteristics of large air permeability, smooth surface, arbitrary disassembly, good strength and long service life. The spiral filter mesh is mainly used for the press filter belt of the belt dehydrator. It is suitable for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, alcohol, vinegar, coal washing, mining, pulp washing, sludge dewatering and drying industry, etc. The wire is added into the spiral ring to reduce the air permeability and reduce the material loss on the surface. There are three core, four core and five core filler wire in the spiral ring.
