We are offering eps fluid drying bed (foam dryer). --- as important supporting equipment of foaming production, the temperature in the fluidized bed can reach 75;after going through the process of filtering, piece breaking and fan transporting in the fluidized bed, the eps material is more dry and fast moulding to shorten the maturing process and s the production period;--- reasonable shape of cavity makes the eps particle pass the bed uniformly to realize excellent drying;--- the eps particle pre-foamed is dialyzed by the hot air curtain formed by high pressure fan and heat exchanger;--- the fluidized bed could improve eps particle`s expansibility, cohesiveness and flexibility in the process of forming to make the eps product better.
