We are offering bridge crane etc.it is as per is 807/is 3177/is80. These are fabricated; plate box in construction or standard i-beams of m.s. Rolled steel sections bolted to end carriages. end carriages:box type in construction & fabricated from rolled sections. lt wheels:two nos. Straight tread type, en-8 forged steel, double flanged lt wheels are provided in each of the two end carriages. These wheels are supported on steel axies / l-blocks. gears:they are as per is 4460, precision machine cut hardened steel helical gear for silent operation & long life. These are supported on ball / roller bearings. bearings: heavy duty sealed ball/roller bearings are used thus regular lubrication is eliminated. Spherical roller bearings are provided in order ro take care of misalignment in track & smooth running. hook:it is as per is 8610/is 3815. Made from forged steel-c20, c30 or equivalent. It is collar or shank type in construction with safety latch. brakes:brakes are heavy duty electro magnetic disc brake for single girder cranes and eht for double girder. panel: control panel mounted on crane, sheet metal clad in totally enclosed construction. It consist of control; transformer, isolator, master contactor for mains on/off, mcbs contactors, overload relays for all motors of reputed make like telemechanic siemens, bch, l&t, tc, sprecher+schuh, abb etc. painting:the crane shall be painted two coats of red oxide primer followed by two coats of golden yellow synthetic enamel paint before dispatch. coulmn : the main coulmns of the cranes are fabricated from tested plates that are duly machined and welded with the best electrodes i.e. Essab/advani. All the point of junctures are carefully inspected to detect cracks, unwelded surface, uneven joints etc. The latest welding equipment and profile cutting machines are used to ensure a flawless fabrication job.
