Production introduction:Coal Vertical Roller Mill (VRM)is an air swept, medium-speed, vertical pulverizer with integral classifier. It pulverizes coal by applying hydraulically-loaded grinding pressure through three grinding roller onto a rotating bed of coal. Grinding pressure can be adjusted to account for variations in coal grindability and desired product fineness. Vertical roller mill can replace ball mills or tube mills used for preparing coal. Today VRMs with capacities up to 50 tph are the dominant technology for coal grinding. Grinding media wear in a VRM will only be 5 to 10 gton of coal powder, as compared to 100 gton of coal powder in a ball mill.Packaging & Delivery:Packaging Details: Standard Container Working priciple of vertical Roller Mill for coal: First, raw material should be crushed by the jaw crusher to the size specified, and then the crushed stuff is elevated into a hopper from which the stuff is loaded, through the vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for power-processing. After this, the ground stuff is carried by the air into the separator for screening. The fine powder are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The set's airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative pressure. Features and Advantages:1. VRM can handle materials with sizes greater than 85mm 2.
