We are offering concrete-mixer is a kind of reversal discharging mobile concrete mixer, which can mix semi-rigid and plastic concrete. The machine has characteristics of balance running, simple operation and high mixing quality. It can be composed as a medium-sized mixing station matched with feeding and weighing device, widely used in road, bridge, water, power, etc. As we know, the concrete-mixer is a kind machine which can mix sand, stone, concrete and water or other materials at a required ratio on quality. According to the working principles, there are two kinds of concrete-mixers, one is the gravity type, and the other one is forced type. The former is suitable for plastic concrete, and the latter has much stronger capacity and fits for the stiff concrete and light aggregate concrete. There are curved blades welded on inner of the mixing drum of the gravity type concrete mixer, the materials inside will be upping by the curved blades when the mixing drum is working levelly, then falling down and mixing each other with the gravity. The forced concrete mixer is working like as the shearer, because of blades in the drum which can rotate along with mixed axis. the operation notes:1. Concrete mixer should be placed steadily by stand bar or other supports, not the tire instead. 2. No other materials in drum and check all the parts before operation. 3. No people walking and standing under feed hopper working, and the hopper should be fixed stably after working. 4. Forbidden of putting other tools or something else into the drum. 5. The maintaining should be on condition of the stable hopper and power off, and monitored outside while drum checking
