Product Application
It is mainly used in bonding irregular EPE by ironing, widely used in air conditioner packing, computer packing and making EPE box .
The working Principle is very easy, EPE foam surface will be iron by our low temperature heating plate, and 13 mm EPE foam will be removed by ironing, then bonded together with another EPE quickly.
Advantage:
1, with vertical and horizontal movement of heating plate, product can be completed easily.
2, machine can be operated independently by one person, saving labor and production cost.
3, do not need hot melt glue, saving glue cost.
4, easy to operate, worker can learn qucikly.
5, low temperature heating plate(about 200 degree celsius ), smokless and environment friendly.
