Materials enters this section, then it gets full contact with high temperature air, moisture inside gets vaporized. With lifting boards elevate and scatter gypsum repeatedly, wet gypsum is conveyed to next section.Cleaning section. When materials fall down, they are easy to stick on the inner wall of the cylinder. During this process, cleaning device breaks the clumps. This spreads the surface area of heat exchange and improves heat efficiency.Lifting boards section. Wet materials get loose and of low moisture content that meets the requirement.Discharging section. No lifting boards in this area. Materials roll to the outlet. The whole drying process is completed. Our coal slime rotary dryer is mainly composed of shell, back and forth supporting wheel, feeding and discharging unit and gear cap. The accessories which are not in the the scope of the coal slime rotary dryer include firebox, feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc.
