BAKELITE SHEETS ARE AVAILABLE IN VARIOUS GRADES. IT COMES IN PAPER AND FABRIC BASE. STANDARD SIZE OF THE SHEET IS 8' X 4' OR 4' X 4'. IT IS MAINLY USED IN TRANSFORMER INDUSTRIES. We are manufactures of high pressure industrial Laminates, Rods, Tubes & Pheolic Moulded articals since 1970.With the Years of Experience we are manufacturing 500 MT per annum& gradually we are enhancing our capacity. We also have in House laboratories for Chemicals & Physical testing to ensure World class quality. Standard stock grades include: PAPER REINFORCED PHENOLICNatural (tan), Brown & Black. This grade is composed of a Paper base impregnated with a phenolic resin binder.It has Good electric strength properties with fair mechanical strength. Outstanding for use as template material and backup material. Tube Light End Caps laminates are also available. Our Grades are CPP101, CPP102 & CPP103. COTTON FABRIC REINFORCES PHENOLICNatural (Light tan to brown). This grade is composed of a continuous cotton woven cloth impregnated with a phenolic resin binder. This grade contains medium weave cotton fabric and is known primarily for its mechanical properties. This grade is not recommended for primary insulation. Our Grades are CPF103. LINEN COTTON FABRIC REINFORCED PHENOLICNatural (Light tan to brown) This grade is compared of a continious cotton woven cloth impregnated linen and, like the canvas phenolic , is known for its mechanical properties. The finer weave allows for machining more intricate details Than canvas, like gear teeth. This grade is not recommended. For primary insulation. Our Grades are CPF 101 & CPF 102.
