These coating compounds are highly resistant to corrosion, erosion and effective up to 120 degree celsius. Protector coat is especially formulated 2 part epoxy based coating consisting 80% micro-fine sintered ceramic powders. Protector coat is a satin smooth, high gloss, low friction coating designed to protect surface against turbulence, corrosion, erosion, chemical attack and withstand maximum150°c 302°f temperature. protector coat can be applied on steel structures and vessels prone to corrosion due to saline atmosphere, liquid contacts and corrosion due to chemicals. acid proofing tiles of perfect make are supplied by us. areas of application: flooring of chemical plants, coating of fan propellers, pump shafts, pump housings, flanges, machine ways, antifriction 'bearing housings, sleeve pots, castings of submersible water pumps, potable water tanks, chemical handling pumps, butterfly valves, repairs of pin hole leakages due to sludge line erosions and for many other applications where abrasion, cavitations corrosion and chemical corrosion are the chronic problems. the features of this are:- corrosion & erosion resistant protection from heat up to 120 degree celsius
