With this vision in mind we present the following: CLC Technology: - Works on the simple principle of air entrainment in the concrete where densities could be varied from 600kg /m³ to 1800kg /m³. At present we propose the cast in situ concept where applications could range from casting blocks, walls or fillings on site. Our long term plans is to set up a plant to manufacture blocks &wall panels. Construction Chemicals & Waterproofing: - We consider Construction Chemicals as a part of waterproofing. We adopt a systematic & professional approach to cater to the requirement of the new & old structures. We take up turnkey jobs (waterproofing & repairs) apart from undertaking project supplies. THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR THE RIGHT APPLICATION IS OUR MANTRA. Injection Technology: - The Pressure Injection System can be used for injecting cracks, cold joints, expansion joints and for soil stabilization. The system can be used to stop gushing water, to seal minor seepage, to regain structural integrity and to waterproof and strengthen almost any concrete or masonry structure from the positive or negative side, below grade, above grade and under water. This versatile system is used to solve problems in small residential objects as well as problems in major commercial structures. The system includes epoxy injection techniques as well as polyurethane injection techniques. Thermocrete / Papercrete :- We make use of this technology for fillings & repairing cracks on the walls. We are trying to develop this technology to cast dry walls & are looking into developing this technology further. We have a dedicated team of people who are well versed with these applications & the right equipments to serve this segment of the industry. All our works are mechanized (including application of waterproofing coatings) & would carry the wanted warranties with products & procedures mutually agreed upon before signing the contract.
