We are offering extra large customized rebar bender. This bar bending machine is built with a extra large table to accomodate bar bending schedule as per bs:2502. The machine is capable of bending upto 40 size bars at 6d bend radius whereas normally machines have 2d bend radius only. Models available are: b45 40 x 500gr x 2drad b45 40 x 500gr x 4drad & b50 40 x 500gr x 6drad.
We are offering automatic programmable stirrup machine. Stirrups are required in huge volumes in the construction of rcc structures. This machine enables a high-volume of rebars to be bent to the desired stirrup shape in quick time. also consider the other features of the machine -- better control, accuracy of shape, convenient when making very large size stirrups or when making complicated shapes (this machine bends in both direction), bending program storing facility.

We are offering automatic programmable rebar cutter in 2 variants to suit uop to 25mm and 32mm. Good for cutting requirement exceeding 35-50 tons per day it has an integrated feed mechanism and a digitally-controlled cut-length system, thus enabling a high-volume of rebars to be economically cut. Multiple rebars cutting capability for smaller dia rebars.
