Zinc White Fumes Extraction systems are effective safety measures for hot dip galvanizers. Effective and efficient extraction of smoke and fumes is absolutely critical for Plant safety, worker safety as well as for optimum productivity.
Our unique design feature for higher efficiency suction includes Full enclosure type ducting and Lip type Lateral ducting.
Our Fumes extraction systems consist of lip type lateral ducting placed on the edge of the Zinc Kettle. Fumes generated during dipping are sucked through the lip ducting by centrifugal fan which delivers the fumes to the scrubbing unit for neutralizing. Clean air, thus obtained, is released through the stack/chimney. Our system is made from Corrosion resistant Thermoplastic material which has a long life.
