HD 105, It Acts as a crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter. This product is high molecular tri-functional aziridine with carboxyl groups of acrylic emulsions and polyurethane dispersions forming a cross-linked network. Used in leather coating, textile coating, wood coatings, printing inks and overprint varnishes to improve wear, water, scuff, black heal, scuff and chemical resistance, shortens cure time, and promotes adhesion.
HD 100, It Acts as a crosslinking agent, adhesion promoter and modifier. Imparts strength, and flexibility, and improves solvent and alcohol and water resistance. It increases the hardness and upgrades adhesion to the difficult substrate. Improves adhesion to varied substrates, and increases scuff resistance and chemical resistance. Offers faster cure time. Also improves black heal resistance, abrasion resistance and wear resistance. Used in printing inks, wood coatings, leather and textile coatings.
It is non-ionic surfactant which is used for making polymer emulsions, emulsion paint etc. It stabilizes the emulsion, which means the water insoluble materials can be dispersed to transparent dispersion (solution) by adding a small amount only. The hydroxyl group presence indicates that it is non-ionic surfactant. It is added along with other agents in the beginning. Dosage is 0.1 to 3% by weight
It is used as the hardener component for fast-drying two-pack polyurethane coatings for the furniture industry. Offers very short drying times and early sandability.
Rheovis AS 1130, It is a highly effective rheology-control agent. It shows advantageous thixotropic behaviour giving non-stringy formulations. It is an alkali swellable emulsion type thickener (ASE). Suitable for airless spray applications. Used in waterborne coatings, It is less susceptible to microbiological attack than derivatives of cellulose. Recommended dosage level is 1.0-3.5% on total formulation.
Basonat I, It is a monomeric cycloaliphatic diisocyanate. Used in the manufacture of Polyisocyanate, polyurethanes and solvent-free adhesives.
Basonat HW 1180 PC, It exhibits excellent weather- & chemical resistance, and excellent adhesion to various substrates. It is low VOC crosslinker suitable for interior & exterior general industrial metal coating, plastic component coating, wood coatings for floor, furniture or millwork and automotive OEM or refinish applications.
Haloflex H 202 S is used in primers and high build coatings for steel, fire retardant coatings. Offers good barrier properties. Provides very good salt spray resistance and good chemical resistance (splash and spillage). It also offers non-flammable and moderate resistance to bacterial growth. This emulsion designed for maintenance primers, automotive under-body/under-hood coatings, rust-converting products, overprint varnishes, and for other coatings applications requiring excellent barrier properties. Coatings based on this product have good adhesion to a wide range of substrates, excellent durability, toughness and corrosion resistance properties.
Imprafix 2794 (39%) It is to increase the mechanical properties & chemical resistance of polyurethane-based textile coatings. It can be used for the formulation of water-reducible, lightfast one-component polyurethane baking coatings and as an additive in waterborne baking systems to improve flexibility, impact strength and adhesion.

Acronal NX 4569 (50%) It is used in a wide variety of applications as it is flexible, yet strong. It exhibits good water resistance. It has utility in paper saturation, print coating and other applications where high filler acceptance is needed. It also exhibits strong adhesion to metal, paint, and wood. It is mixed with other materials, the final mixture should be adjusted to pH > 6, which increases the mechanical stability.
It exhibits excellent weather and chemical resistance, non-yellowing and physical properties. It is an approximately 90% solids solution in a 1:1 blend of n-butyl acetate and Solvesso 100. It is recommended for the formulation of lightfast and weather-resistant two-pack polyurethane coatings. Suitable for interior & exterior general industrial metal coating, plastic component coating, wood coatings for floor, furniture or millwork, and automotive OEM or refinish applications.
Acts as a hydrophobic hardener. Can be used in combination with solid epoxy resin dispersions or emulsified liquid resins. When used with solid resin dispersions coatings for metallic substrates can be formulated with very good performance in humidity chamber and salt spray tests. Used for the formulation of waterborne metal coatings (primers, single coats), free of volatile basic amines.
Acronal Plus 6257 (60%) is an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of acrylic acid esters and acrylonitrile. Because of the excellent flexibility of the pure dispersion and the good pigment binding power it is possible to achieve very good elasticity properties in formulated coatings up to high pigment value concentrations of 40-50 % even at low temperatures. It is used to manufacture flexible coatings like, for example, crack bridging systems for repairs to facades and flat roofs as well as for the production of flexible fillers.
