pump models 450/550 & 250/270 the flanges are as per bs 10 table d , other models flanges are as per ansi 16.5.

pump model mf 200/320 , 200/400 , 250/320 and mf 300/320 are provided with taper roller bearings, mf 250/400 are provided with double row angular contact ball bearing on drive end and nu bearing on pump end. Pump model mf 250/270, and mf 450/500 are provided with deep groove ball bearing on pump end and single thrust ball bearing along with deep groove ball bearing on drive end. Bearings are either oil or grease lubricated.

1) First of all connect one end of Flexible shaft with Pump portion and another end of Flexible Shaft with Motor.2) Connect flexible delivery hose with Pump portion.3) After above proper connection insert pump portion into your sump / tank / shallow pit.4) Give Single phase supply to Motor.5) Switch ON your supply and pump will be start for operation.

Pump should be handle diluted mud into water and can be handle solid particles up to 3 mm only.
