the aodd pump is double pumps in one. Chambers a & b are alternatively filled and emptied by drawing liquid in through a common inlet and out through a common outlet (d). The diaphragms in each chamber are connected by a common shaft so that they move., backwards together. Compressed dry air is directed by the air valve (e) alternatively behind each diaphragm to power discharge strokes. Pump speed and therefore fluid flow-rate can be infinitely controlled by increasing or decreasing or decreasing air pressure and or volume.

Fluid is being drawn into inlet ( c) by the suction stroke of the diaphragm in chamber b, which opens the ball valve (1) to allow liquid to enter the chamber , ball valve (3) is closed by the diaphragm suction.in chamber (a) air has been applied to the rear of the diaphragm to force out the liquid in the chamber through the ball valve (4) to the liquid outlet (d). This discharge stroke closes ball valve (2) to prevent further liquid entering the chamber. This cycle is repeated to provide a continuous flow o outlet d.

we have made ss-304 or ss-316 chamber in round shape or in square shape .
these chambers are interconnected with casings , casings have flap type or disc type non return valve (nrv) depend upon application . We use flap type nrv when liquid is dirty or containing some solid particles . We use disc type check valve when liquid is crystal clear.
these nrvs hold liquid in the chamber and centrifugal pump work as self priming pump.
all wetted parts are made from ss-304 or ss-316 sheet only and chambers are tested with hydraulic test up to 10 bar . If pressure is more , then we test at 1.5 times then shutoff pressure thickness of sheet depend upon size and pressure of system .
these pumps are ideal for all application where people do not want to use foot valve and have suction problem.
size of self priming chamber depend upon capacity and suction length . We also offer openable chamber so one can clean it very easily. This is required in sanitary application and in some sticky material application .

Chambers A & B are alternatively filled and emptied by drawing liquid in through a common inlet and out through a common outlet (D). The Diaphragms in each chamber are connected by a common shaft so that they move., backwards together. Compressed dry air is directed by the air valve (E) alternatively behind each diaphragm to power discharge strokes. Pump speed and therefore fluid flow-rate can be infinitely controlled by increasing or decreasing or decreasing air pressure and or volume.

First of all mount the sprayer pump on the stand.Fit the sprayer pump with appropriate Motor & V-BeltFill the pump with SAE-90 Oil upto the indicated level before starting the pump, NEVER RUN THE PUMP WITHOUT OIL.Fit the vessel on the top of the outlet chamber of the pump.For 1, 2 & 1 & 1II H fit nipple & Tee on the outlet chamber where the sticker OUT is indicated, Fit the pressure pipe with hose nipple and spray gun at either ends and connect the same with one and tee. On the other end of Tee connect Overflow Valve and Nipple. All the Fittings should be air tight and as per the drawing.For 3, 2H & 3H Connect the vessel on one side of the top of Outlon the other , Connect the overflow valve (Control valve) with nipple. On the outlet chamber where OUT is indicated, connect the pressure pipe with hose nipple. Fit the spray gun on the rear end of the pressure.Connect the incoming Hose pipe at the IN indicated sticker Air Tight and then fit the foot valve at the ear end of the hose.Clean the Nozzle (Spray-gun) every hour with clean water only.Open the Overflow Valve Fully while Starting and Turning Off. Adjust the Overflow valve according to the required pressure.Always check the grease in grease cup and the oil level in the chamber before starting the pump.If the pump fails to take in water, check the foot valve and the inlet fitting (which should be AIR TIGHT).If water starts leaking Nar the piston, slightly tighten the gland nut be opening the class.If the pump fails to deliver adequate pressure, open the two long bolts and the open the inlet and Outlet chambers, Clean the NRYs which are inside the valve chamber. After cleaning properly, Fit all the parts correctly again.Keep the tension of the V-Belt under check.Periodical checkups of the Nuts & Bolts is advisable.The Fitting of the sprayer pumps should be exactly as per drawing, If still there is any problem feel free to contact our nearest Dealer.

phulsons range of immiscible pumps has been designed especially for filtering systems in the machine tool industry. The low-pressure pumps are available in different flow variants and come with a choice of bottom suction or suction from the top of the volute.
the compact coolant pumps efficiently transport liquid containing chips, fibers and abrasive particles on to the filtering unit. Semi open impellers allow the passing of chips up to 10 mm, making the pumps ideal for removing liquid from any machining process- from boring and milling to grinding.
carefully chosen materials ensure trouble free operation and long life the top of the pump is made of cast iron, while the impeller is available in composite bronze/aluminum/engineering plastic etc are used in pumps with flow up to 1000 l/min. In the bigger pumps with higher flow the impellers are made of bronze to ensure perfect resistance to e.g metal chips. As the pumped liquid will always contain oil there no risk of corrosion.
easy installation is another of the benefits of the pumps. The tank mounting flange dimensions have been carefully designed to ensure that even replacement of compacting products can be carried out without any inconvenience no special tools are required to the installation of the coolant pumps just as the entire range is easily serviced and cleaned.
