Our sedimentation shaker can be used to measure the quality of gluten and other potentially hazardous substances in the mill. It comes equipped with a digital timer that alerts when it starts and stops. After the first sedimentation value, a delayed value is to be measured. If the delayed value is smaller than the initial reading, it means that there is a dip in the quality of wheat. We uptake bulk orders.
We have manufactured our Sieve Shaker to be heavy in weight so as to ensure a proper balance. It is equipped with 4 to 6 sieves that perform circular and tapping actions mechanically. They are run by a power efficient electric motor and are very easy to clean. The end product consists of grains that are free from dust and large impurities as well.
It is now possible to obtain one litre of kernel based on parameters such as quality, density and particle size with this Hectolitre Weight Apparatus. It comprises of a knife, a float as well as a digital measuring scale that can measure up to 5 kilograms. The results are instantaneous and the entire process is very easy to implement.
