Our product range contains a wide range of Cylinder Liners, Cylinder Block, Cylinder Liner and Block, Cylinder Liner and Valve Seats
We manufacture cylinder liners and blocks from centrifugally casted, shell casted with closely grained cast irons. Our cylinder liners are heat treated. Further, our cylinder bores are cross honed and diameters are properly ground finish to achieve the highest level of accuracy.
We offer cylinder block, which has grooves formed on the outer surface of the cylinder liner and each of these grooves are extended in a circumferential direction of the cylinder liner in a ring shape. These are used in air coolers, water coolers and automobile industries etc.

Cylinder Liners manufactured by the "Centrifugal Cast Process" is acknowledged to be the best method. In the centrifugal casting process, the molten metals is poured into a metal mould or die which is revolving at a high speed. The centrifugal force causes the metal to distribute itself evenly around the die. Crown International also manufactures Centricast Liners, Centrifugal Liners and Chromed Bore Liners for automobile applications.
Valve Seat Inserts are made from Chrome Alloy Steel which has a high wear resistance at high temperature. These are suitable for use in light Alloy Aluminium and Cast Iron Cylinder Heads. They serve well to extend the life of Valve Seat.
