We manufacture a wide range of qualitative pistons, piston rings, piston sets, piston pins and ringsets. These are rigid lubricated sliding shaft, which fits tightly inside the opening of a cylinder. Some of the applications of our products are:
Pistons are mostly made from Eutectic Aluminum Silicon alloy with excellent properties as low thermal expansion coefficient duty heat treated after casting for proper microstructure and hardness 70-80 hrb to achieve good mechanical properties to work in hot conditions. Pistons are machined with close tolerances as per requirements
Our cylinder pistons are designed to carry tremendous power, can withstand high temperature and pressure and give excellent stroke and thrust.
Piston pin Crown International Piston Pins are made from high quality Alloy Steel. The manufacturing is performed on the State-of-the-art machinery to achieve perfect dimensions. The hardness of the pins is maintained between 55HRC to 60HRC, which can be altered according to customer need or OEM specifications.
23mm to 400mm Dia covering all indeginous and foreign engines. Any type of rings can be manufactured against samples or drawings.
Crown International Piston Rings are made from high quality Grey C.I. Castings (Individual Casting) with an ideal combination of free and combined carbon to provide prolonged working life. The casting used has a very fine grain to provide high tension even at elevated temperatures of high-speed engines.
We manufacture our liners, using graded cast iron & centrifugal casting etc. These are available at hardness of the material, 80-85 HRB (20mm-300mm). Further, our range is of industry leading price.
