Bridgeman Furnace is a Vertical Tripple Zone furnace, with 99% pure alumina tube. With 80-85mm ID tube and total length 700mm. Outer made of CR sheet Powder, coated. Temperature max. upto 1200C. Other Sizes as per requirement. SPECIFICATION: * Dual Heating Zone of 250mm each * Cold zone in center of 50mm. * 99% pure Alumina tube of 80-85dia ID x 700mm length. * Vertical Furnace, with both sides open. * Ceramic end caps to close the tube ends as and when required* Max. Working temp. 11500C * Temperature sensors of 'S' Type thermocouples. * Outer body made of CR sheet Powder coated * Heating by Silicone Carbide heaters of suitable capacity. with all necessary clamps and fittings. * The Vertical movement of the sample is driven by a High precision motor with fine screw rod train. * The movement will be vibration free across the entire operating range * The speed can be varied from 0.1mm/min. to 10mm/min. and stroke length from 1mm to full length. * Seperate control unit with 2 independant multi-step profile temperature controllers. * Movement control by an independent controller with continuos display of speed, stroke, run time and remaining time. * Provision to integrate the entire operation through a PC (Optional) * Operation on 440V, 3 Phase, 50Hz.only SAFETY FEATURES * It has safety features like:Home and end sensors for movement. * VAF meter to monitor voltage, current and frequency for heater life monitoring. * Automatic Heater cutoff on sensor failure * 1 Phase preventor. * Hot or cold run option.
