- Cyclo instruments manufactures hardened; ground & lapped measuring pins made out of alloy steel; in steps of 0.01, 0.02 & 0.05 mm; in the range of 0.5 to 20mm.
- Having many useful usages such as; measuring small holes; checking locations; checking center distance between two holes; checking slot widths etc.
- The tolerance on the diameter is + 0.002 mm. material of the pins up to 1.5mm diameter is H.S.S. & that of pins above diameter 1.5mm; it is en31.
- Pins are wrapped in an anticorrosive wrap paper & are housed in holes carved out in eye pleasing instrument grade wooden box for handling & preservation.
- The size of the pin is etched chemically on the diameter for pins above 3mm nominal diameter.
- All the pins come in plastic capsules to prevent corrosion.
