MILK STRAINER
Capacity:-5000 Lph , 38 / 51 mm ( Inlet / Outlet )AND 10000 Lph , 51 / 63 mm ( Inlet / Outlet )
It will be installed in milk pipelines for removing floating Impurities from milk. The general design shall be of tubular design with a concentriccylindrical filter made from SS screen of 2.4 mm pitch. All welding joints shall be ground smooth. All stainless steel surfaces shall be mirror polished. Pressure drop across strainer should not exceed 0.3 kg/Sq cm and SS surfaces to be polished to 150 grit finish. All welding joints to be ground smooth finish to 150 grit.
Strainer Casing: The casing shall be made from AISI 304, 3 mm SS pipes of 150 mm. therewill be two cylindrical tubular design casing with two nos. of 3 way valves for alternate use.
Filtering Element: The filtering element shall be cylindrical element made from SS AISI 304
