Silica Admix is cement admixture made from natural volcanic ore. It is articulately blended in a well controlled environment to provide homogeneous and quality grain size. It protects concrete from scaling and alkali-aggregate reaction by pozzolanic reaction which is normal in exposed construction. Its high silica content and pozzolanic characteristics provide extreme concrete strength and better performance over the years. It prevent thermal cracking due to hydration caused by cement and water reaction and preventing steel bar from corrosion. It reduces the water content in a mixture and slowdown the setting rate of the concrete while retaining the flowing properties of a concrete mixture.

Tile Grout - Cement Based is a single component polymer modified tile grout for filling tile joints. It is used to fill spaces between tiles, helping secure the tile to its base and acting as a sealant, preventing moisture from penetrating joints. It is a specially formulated premium, fast setting, low shrinkage grout that prevents ingress of water through the joint. Anti cracking, non shrinking and withstands heavy traffic. It is resistant to excellent water, fungal and chemical make it ideal for filing tile joints. It is easy to clean and stain proof, increase adhesion and reduced chalking.
