Construction:
Inside chamber, outside chamber, fly screw, cross pin, flange and die pressed lid are fully stainless steel (304) All internal joints are argon welded.
Fittings:
Lid is fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve (set at 15 psi) , extra safety valve / fusible plug (set at approximately 20 psi) , manual exhaust valve and vacuum breaker. Drain valve at bottom. Model Neoprene gasket.
Electric:
Specially designed industrial grade energy efficient heaters which reduces the heater wattage and hence power bills by about 30%
Supply 240 V A C 50 HZ, single phase.

End cycle buzzer and auto shut off for a truly automatic operation, once it is set and started.
Process
Once the water is filled, the material loaded the timer set the lid tightened and power switched on the process is fully automatic to the end. Automatic purging (free steaming) taken care of by a solenoid valve. The preset temperature (121'deg C) is attained.
AFTER attaining the set temperature, the countdown of the timer starts. During this period the controller maintains the emperature (pressure) by switching off / on heaters, This saves precious energy and hence money. After the preset time, there is an audio alarm, the solenoid valve opened to exhaust the pressure, and the system switched off.
