Pressure Differential Manometer will indicate the pressure behind the HEPA FILTER and after few years, the pressure will be more because of accumulation of dusts at the upstream side. Once the pressure level indicates above 22 mm WG in the manometer or the velocity at the downstream side falls below 60 feet per minute, the filters may be replaced. The velocity can be monitored by using external anemometer.
Tubing are available in different sizes like 1/2", 1/4", 1/8", 1/16" which are available in copper, S.S., teflon, nylon. Size of the tubing are decided on required flow & pressure.
Casing capping are used to cover the above tubing & to maintain the esthetic look.
Three types casing capping available, M.S. powder coated, alluminium powder coated & PVC casing capping.
