Waterproof to a depth of 150 (50m), this sounder features a built-in transducer and measures depths in feet or meters in a range of 1.8 to 260 (0.6m to 79m). The transducer sends high frequency pulses to the bottom of a body of water where these pulses are reflected back and converted to electrical pulses that are amplified and displayed on the easy-to-read LCD. The seven-digit LCD is backlit for night use. This compact depth sounder transports easily and stores conveniently it will even slip into a shirt pocket! Powered by a 9V DC dry cell battery (included), the sounder has a battery life of approximately 500 uses and automatically shuts off after 10 seconds. Wrist lanyard included.

The GPR Plus provides the basic PIT tag reader function of reading and transmitting the identification code contained within a PIT tag.The black thumb-actuated power On/Read button activates the reader. A message SEARCHING. alerts the user that the reader is scanning for a tag within range.Once a tag is detected, an audible beeper along with the ID number in decimal formatis displayed on the screen that alerts the user that the tag was successfully scanned.
Power is provided to the GPR Plus through 7.2VDC NiMH rechargeable batteries or AAA alkaline batteries.The NiMH rechargeable batteries can be recharged using the detachable USB cable with an external wall adapter. A message "LOW BATTERY" alerts the user that the reader needs to be recharged or batteries replaced.
The GPR Plus has a 3000 tag code memory capacity and includes a time/date stamp with each tag read. The memory is easily downloaded using Biomark Tag Manager (see page 7) or BioTerm (see page 8).
Wireless communication capability is provided to the GPR Plus through its Bluetooth module. A Bluetooth visual indicator provides information about the wireless communication status.
Once a tag is detected, the tag is automatically transmitted via this channel.
The GPR Plus comes with a Windows based PC utility program calledGPR Plus Softwarewhich can be used to configure the reader and is available to download on our website.GPR Plus Software.
The memory is downloaded using Biomark Tag Manager (see page 7) or BioTerm (see page 8). The GPR Plus comes with a combined USB battery charger/communication cable, rechargeable NiMH batteries, test tag and Quick Start Guide. Full user manual is available for download on our website.
Note: The GPR Plus is NOT WATERPROOF. Please use the Aquapac provided when in use. Store the reader out of the Aquapac in a dry environment when not in use. Condensation will cause permanent non-warranty covered damage to the circuitry in the reader.
