Cable Make-Up of dc deepcab Shielded Cable


  • Fine strands of ATC copper wire, PVC based core insulation, twisted in layers, overall myler tape wrapping, then screen braid of anneled tinned copper wire, outer PVC of speacial compound.

  • In 0.5 sq mm and above additional Al - Myler tape screen provides additional EMI protection.

  • Cores are coded with different colours, without colour repetition ensures easy identification as per dc deepcab Colour codeing standard chart.

  • All Cores may be coded with different numbers & grey in colours.

  • Outer sheath of speacial based PVC compound.

Description

We offer an innovative range of speaker cables and wire speaker cables that utilizes the finest materials to maximize sonic performance and provide years of stable operation. The ultra low inductance ensures that the high current signal flowing through these cables will lose minimal amount of energy. Better polarity is achieved by transparent coating with red line on one side. Oxygen free conductor are used to provide improved acoustics. Our speaker cables are available in either single wire or single bi-wire configurations with diameter ranging from 0.15mm2 to 4mm2.




Cable Make-up Twin Parallel Wire:

Two conductors of fine stranded bare-bare/tinned-tinned/tinned-bare copper wire in acc. IEC 60228 class-5, insulation of speacial PVC compound individually of insulation resistance >100M Ohms/Km. runs parallel together. For identificatin in both wires, provided a different colour continious strip on one wire or tinned copper one side & bare copper other side.
