To prevent work roll deflection, back-up rolls in rolling mills are of vital importance for the performance of the entire application. we focus on producing back up rolls made from forged steel. The reason for this is that forged rolls offer a higher resistance to work hardening and better mechanical properties at the neck at a comparable cost with cast steel.
