Sequence of operation:

• A carton approaches the machine that flaps fully vertical
• The carton flow will be regulated by power conveyor to provide adequate gap between the cartons
• The speed of the conveyor should be lesser than the speed of the machine
• The front minor flap is pushed automatically and rear minor flap is kicked down by the rear flap closer
• Both major flaps are folded with side flap closer and tape is applied to the top and bottom of the carton with 2 overlap on the heading and trailing ends of the carton
