Our product range contains a wide range of Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine, Semi Automatic Filling Machine and Bottle Turntable Machine
RPMSs Automatic Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Machine work on volumetric principle with diving nozzles. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, consists of S.S. Slat Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-cantering devices & SS Syringe. No container No filling system arrangement is standard features of the machine. The main drive of the machine, conveyor drive & cap-feeding bowl consist of A/c Motor with synchronized variable A/c Frequency Drive.
The motorized roller conveyor is having stainless steel structure with roller in the center. Structure made out of S. S. pipe & supported on adjustable bolts, useful to transfer container / object from one place to another place, without human touch by way of roller movement motion.
Features:
Structure is made of S.S. 304, 30 mm sq. Pipe, 16 SWG with matt finish.
