RPMS Automatic Liquid Manufacturing Plant is made as per Party requirement to manufacture of Syrup / Suspension / oral / external liquid for pharmaceuticals. This is a completely closed vessel with agitator mounted on top / Bottom dome. The vessel will be available with different accessories for different applications i.e. standard stirrer / magnetic stirrer / as required by the customers.

Operation:
Trolley mounted liquid transfer pump having self-priming system, once pump start it will automatically suck liquid from source tank and transfer to storage / holding tank.

RPMSs Gum Labelling Machine automatically paste labels on round container of glass, plastic, aluminium, pet, cardboard container and wrap-around labels in the vertical position by using cold glue. This machine is rigid, versatile and engineered for reliability and enhance operational efficiency in addition, it has several exclusive features which offer additional advantages.
Operation:
The round containers are positioned accurately by the feed worm for wrap-around operation at the operation at the labelling point, the rotating glue cylinder receives clod glue from gluepot that subsequently gets transferred on the Glue Rubber Roller. Finally a fine, even and thin film of glue is transferred to the gluing pad. The round container on the moving conveyor at the feed worm actuates a sequence, which result in the oscillation of the Label Box. The rotating Label Master aligned with the help of pick up fingers from the Label Master & with oscillating Label Box. The pickup cylinder receives labels with the help of pick up fingers from the label master. The pickup cylinder holds the labels perfectly with due to vacuum during its rotational movement. Simultaneously the pick-up fingers move inside. The round container moves on conveyor with the help of worm and glued label on pick-up cylinder wrapped around to container by virtue of strip belts. Then the labelled container moves further through a rubber pressing belt & stationary rubber pad that ensures neat & perfect fixing of label.
This is a one type of powder grinding machine, operated with high speed electric motor with v belt. Its mechanism of The pulverized material is carried out of the mill by the flow of air moving through it. The size of the pulverized particles released from the grinding section of the mill is determined by a classifier separator. If the coal is fine enough to be picked up by the air, it is carried through the classifier.
Operation:
The basic principle is straight forward. A pulveriser mill is essentially a steel drum containing a vertical or horizontal rotating shaft or drum on which hammers are mounted. The hammers are free to swing on the ends of the cross, or fixed to the central rotor. The rotor is spun at a high speed inside the drum while material is fed into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammer bars and is thereby shredded and expelled through screens in the drum of a selected size. The pulveriser can be used as a primary, secondary, or tertiary crusher. The screen less pulveriser uses air flow to separate small particles from larger ones. It is designed to be more reliable, and is also claimed to be much cheaper and more energy efficient than regular hammer mills. The design & structure of the pulveriser is always determined by the end use.
Rotor:
Assembly rotates inside machine on heavy duty horizontal shaft, supported on two dustsbtight bearing housing fitted with bearings. Hammers swings around pint between catch plates.
An adjustable replaceable whizzer and fan assembly are provided at respective location.
Cyclone:
It is single cyclone of LEHO design. A manual flap damper valve is provided below it. A frame and leg structure is provided for support. Bagginig height is 750 mm below valve.
Cyclone Bag: Big single Bag balloon made from filter cloth.
Ducting: Fan to cyclone with 90o bend and pipe.

Mechanism:
Jet Mill is our response to meeting industry demands for constant improvement in processing technology. Utilizing a unique fluid energy grinding system to generate particle on particle impact, the Micronize grinds and classify powders to micron and sub-micron size in single operation, in a single grinding chamber. Jet Mills are used to micronize pharmaceuticals, chemical, pigments, minerals, agrochemicals, thermoplastics and other heat sensitive and abrasive materials. Jet Mills operate in compressed air. These mills have no moving parts and thereby eliminating contamination due to contact with external grinding media. Also on attritional heat is generated during grinding process hence suitable for heat sensitive, waxy substances and low melting point materials are easily micronized.

• Machine are designed on the principle of gyratory motion generated by double eccentric weight mounted on two ends of the shaft of vertically mounted specially designed vibrio motor.
• The screening assembly consisting of one or more set of deck/screens is mounted on a set of annularly located springs, effectively isolating the base from vibrating assembly.
• The double weight moving with the shafts and located at relative angular position produces three dimensional vibrations which in turn cause the material falling on the screen mesh move at a specific speed in straight to spiral direction giving controlled and effective screening.
• Due to the adjustability of weight and the relative angle between them it is possible to make the material move on the screen in desired path to achieve the desired retention time for effective screening before the material gets discharged from the outlet spout. During this process the particles smaller than the mesh aperture fall through the mesh and the oversize material gets discharged from the outlet spout. This process is repeated on the next mesh in case of multi deck screening.

They are popular in these diverse industries because they offer superb sanitary qualities, high efficiency, reliability, corrosion resistance, and good clean-in-place and sterilize-in-place (CIP/SIP) characteristics. Rotary Lobe Pumps are non-contacting and have large pumping chambers, allowing them to handle solids such as cherries or olives without damage. They are also used to handle slurries, pastes, and a wide variety of other liquids. If wetted, they offer self-priming performance. A gentle pumping action minimizes product degradation. They also offer reversible flows and can operate dry for long periods of time. Flow is relatively independent of changes in process pressure, so output is constant and continuous.
How Rotary Lobe Pumps Work:
Rotary Pumps are similar to external gear pumps in operation in that fluid flows around the interior of the casing. Unlike external gear pumps, however, the lobes do not make contact. Lobe contact is prevented by external timing gears located in the gearbox. Pump shaft support bearings are located in the gearbox, and since the bearings are out of the pumped liquid, pressure is limited by bearing location and shaft deflection.
Lobe Pumps are frequently used in food applications because they handle solids without damaging the product. Particle size pumped can be much larger in Lobe Pumps than in other PD types. Since the lobes do not make contact, and clearances are not as close as in other PD pumps, this design handles low viscosity liquids with diminished performance. Loading characteristics are not as good as other designs, and suction ability is low. High-viscosity liquids require reduced speeds to achieve satisfactory performance. Reductions of 25% of rated speed and lower are common with high-viscosity liquids.

Operation:
Containers moving on SS Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through feed worm & in-let star wheel, Filling station consist of volumetric filling head and a central rotating liquid reservoir tank. This reservoir tank fed continuously with the liquid by external source. In-feed liquid controlled automatically by sensing the liquid level in the reservoir tank with the help of float switch to actuate pneumatically operated solenoid valve. Fill volume adjustment can be done by a screw, which changes the volume of all the syringes simultaneously. Fine adjustment of individual syringe is possible with the help of mechanism provided on top of the individual syringe. After filling star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, meanwhile the bottle pick up a cap from the delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing.
